Final Deliverable: Students will prepare opening statements and rebuttal points for both sides of an issue. On the final day of class, they will be randomly assigned to argue either the pro or con side for their topic. Students will deliver a 3 minute opening statement. They will be judged on the logic, evidence, and persuasiveness of their prepared arguments.
